Chase sends out a lot of emails. I created a template system for their Ultimate Rewards emails that went out to all Sapphire, Freedom and Ink cardholders. This system put each email type in a category that had a specific design to use. It saved us a lot of time by letting our junior AD's handle the plug and play content.
A series of templates was designed to handle the different ways that Chase wanted to talk to their cardholders about rewards points and their cards.
The templates came alive with stunning hero images and each line of business’s branding when added to the template.
Weekly reports were generated to highlight how each email was doing and everything from subject lines and hero images were tested to maximize open rates.
We then created a style guide for each type of email for all Chase credit card lines of business.
